Chandra Bilas Bhurtel

Chandra Bilash Bhurtel is an Information & Communication Technology (ICT) consultant of NDRC. He has completed Master Degree in Computer Application with Geographic Information System (GIS) and Network Management. He has professional experiences as an active academician and consulting various projects like eGovernance master plan of Nepal and implementing rural internet with Nepal Wireless Networking projects. He also leads IT professional’s community as a president (2011 – 2016) of Information Technology Society (ITS) Nepal and ICT Education and Training committee of CAN Federation.
