Ngamindra Dahal

Mr. Ngamindra Dahal is a Climate Change and Environment Management Analyst and currently a PhD. scholar in Kathmandu University. He has a Masters degree majoring in Hydro-meteorology from Tribhuwan University. He is a thematic specialist and has extensive experience in climate change adaptation ad hydro-meteorological research.
